HOVIMA CLUB
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, "GTC" ) contain the terms and conditions for access to the HOVIMA Club . These GTC apply to all companies comprising the HOVIMA Hotels brand: Turística Konrad, SL and Santa María del Sur, SA (hereinafter, "HOVIMA Hotels").
I.) CONDITIONS
Anyone over 18 years of age who makes reservations through the HOVIMA Hotels websites (hovima.com) and its hotels (hovimalapinta.com, hovimacostaadeje.com, hovimasuitescostaadeje.com, hovimapanorama.com, hovimajardincaleta.com, hovimasantamaria.com, hovimaatlantis.com) can join the HOVIMA Club and access its benefits.
When making a reservation, you must activate the member discount and accept these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and the Legal Notice (website).
Discounts and benefits included in the HOVIMA Club membership may be modified at any time without prior notice.
Any reservation made through third parties or other distribution channels will not apply to benefits before, during, or after the stay.
II) BENEFITS
Registration with the HOVIMA Club is automatic, free, and does not imply permanence.
This is done by activating the discount during the booking process of your stay, exclusively through the HOVIMA Hotels and its hotels websites (see above).
IV.) Discharge procedure.
You can request to be removed from the HOVIMA Club by contacting us by email: info@hovima.com .
V.) Confidentiality:
HOVIMA Hotels is committed to ensuring the confidentiality of the data provided by implementing the necessary technical and organizational measures to minimize the risk of loss of personal data and/or confidential information, as indicated in the Privacy Policy.
Access to the Registered Person's data is restricted to those authorized to use it, applying due diligence to prevent any loss, alteration, or misuse of the data.
VI.) Responsibility:
In case of questions, complaints, errors or technical problems in the online registration process, disputes or legal actions related to the legal relationship between the registered person and HOVIMA HOTELS, you can submit a request exclusively to HOVIMA Hotels at the email address: info@hovima.com .
The registered user agrees that the contents of this TCG are binding. Furthermore, the registered user acknowledges that failure to comply with any provision of the TCG may result in liability for damages.
VII.) Alternative dispute resolution in consumer matters:
The consumer (registered person) may contact HOVIMA Hotels to resolve any conflict via email: info@hovima.com .
In accordance with Article 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013 and Article 13 of Directive 2013/11/EU, we inform that those merchants of the European Union that conclude contracts of sale or provision of services online, carried out by means of electronic commerce, must provide information on the existence of the Platform for the resolution of online disputes: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ .
VIII.) Applicable legislation and competent jurisdiction:
The applicable law will be Spanish, and the jurisdiction will be that of the Courts and Tribunals of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
IX.) Modification of the TCG and duration:
HOVIMA Hotels may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and these will be duly published on the Website. These terms and conditions will remain in effect until they are modified by other terms and conditions that are duly published.

- 5% discount on the total amount of reservations made exclusively through the HOVIMA Hotels and its hotels websites (see above).
- 10% discount on food and beverages during the stay, charged to the room and paid for at check-out. HOVIMA Atlantis guests with Half Board benefit from a 10% discount on extra drinks during dinner at HOVIMA Panorama.
- Preferential access to reserve unique rooms at our hotels with the “Web Exclusive” label.
- Welcome gift for stays of at least 3 nights.
- One drink per person of water, soft drink, beer, white, red, or rosé house wine during meals on half- or full-board stays. (HOVIMA Atlantis guests on half- or full-board stays will enjoy this benefit at the HOVIMA Panorama restaurant.) HOVIMA La Pinta Beachfront Family Hotel, HOVIMA Costa Adeje - For Cool Adults, and HOVIMA Suites Costa Adeje offer unlimited self-service drinks (water, soft drinks, beer, and white, red, and rosé house wine), and HOVIMA Jardín Caleta offers unlimited self-service water. From November 1, 2025, HOVIMA Santa María will offer unlimited self-service drinks (water, soft drinks, beer, and white, red, and rosé house wine).
