  • What does the hotel + flight package include?
    Includes round-trip flights from your home city to your chosen destination, as well as accommodations in one of our hotels.
  • Does my travel package include ATOL protection?
    Your package is protected by ATOL only if you receive an ATOL Certificate after booking. Not all trips or services offered include this protection. Before finalizing your purchase, you will be clearly informed whether your booking is covered.
  • What happens if I need to cancel or modify my reservation?
    Cancellation policy: Deposits charged at the time of booking confirmation will not be refundable in the event of cancellation, regardless of when it occurs.
    No-show policy or cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice: In the event of a no-show at the hotel or cancellation of the reservation with less than 24 hours' notice prior to the arrival date, the deposits paid at the time of confirming the reservation will not be refundable. Furthermore, an additional charge corresponding to the first night of the stay will be applied as a penalty.
    Modification policy: The rate allows for modifications; however, these will be subject to the availability of both flights and the hotel, and will imply changes to the deposit amount and/or the total price of the reservation.
  • Can I pay in installments?
    Yes. When booking, you only pay a deposit. The remainder is paid directly to the hotel upon check-in.
  • How will I receive confirmation?
    You will receive two confirmation emails: one with the hotel voucher and another with the flight details, where you will also find all the necessary information and contact details for any questions or needs.
  • What documents do I need to travel?
    It will depend on the destination and your nationality. Usually, an ID, passport, or visa is required. Check the requirements before traveling.
  • What happens if my flight is delayed or canceled?
    You will have a support contact in your booking confirmation to handle any issues.
  • Can I add extras such as transfers or excursions?
    Yes. You can add the available additional services during the booking process.
  • Can I book for several people?
    Yes, you can book for multiple people in a single transaction (up to 9 passengers per transaction on flights).
  • What do I do if I don't receive confirmation or there's an error?
