This Website is hosted on a server located within the European Union. Its sole purpose is to host our Website under a hosting arrangement; therefore, the management company will not have access to your personal data.

Likewise, our emails, as well as backup copies stored in the cloud, are managed by companies located within the territory of the European Union, as are their hosting servers.

You may subsequently withdraw such consent at any time, in which case you will be removed from our databases. Your data will remain in our databases until such time as you withdraw your consent. You are informed that, if you accept the sending of commercial communications, your contact details may be disclosed to the other companies forming part of HOVIMA HOTELS (Turística Konrad, S.L. and Santa María del Sur, S.A.) for the sending of commercial communications and promotions relating to their own hotel offers. • Invoicing

If you contract our services, you are informed and expressly consent to your personal data provided to HOVIMA HOTELS being used for the purpose of managing your invoicing. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the obligation to issue invoices for the delivery of goods and provision of services, as set out in Law 58/2003, of 17 December, General Tax Law; therefore, the collection and processing of your data are mandatory and essential in order to provide our hotel accommodation services. Your data will remain in our database for the legally established limitation periods in accounting and tax matters. Your data may, where applicable, be accessed by the competent public authorities. This disclosure is necessary for the provision of our services. Your data will not be disclosed to other third parties unless there is a legal obligation to do so. • CV management

If you wish to work at HOVIMA HOTELS, given our internal policy on the collection of CVs, and for better organisation and centralisation of information, CV data must be sent through the portal https://rrhh.hovima.com/trabaja-con-nosotros/account/signup or by email to: cv@hovima.com. Likewise, we inform you that CVs sent to other email accounts will be duly deleted from our system. The purpose shall be to manage your participation in staff recruitment processes in which you may be included for the companies forming part of HOVIMA HOTELS: Turística Konrad, S.L. and Santa María del Sur, S.A. All of the above is based on your express consent by accepting the privacy policy or by acknowledgement of receipt.

If your application is successful, your data will become part of your employee file as contracted staff and will be retained by the company for as long as you remain an employee and, after the employment relationship ends for any reason, for the legally established limitation period in employment matters.

If your application is unsuccessful, your data will be retained for a maximum period of 6 months so that they may be used in future staff recruitment processes.

For that reason, and in compliance with the principle of data quality, we ask you to inform us appropriately if any of your CV data change. Photographs provided in connection with competitions and promotions that we organise may be used for publication on our social media channels and website, as well as in brochures and advertising produced by HOVIMA HOTELS. Registration for promotions and competitions by minors who are not duly authorised by their father, mother or legal guardian is prohibited.
